2020, can you restart it again?
Obviously not OK.
Then, let Ou Dada tell you
The correct way to open 2020!
The end of the long Spring Festival holiday is approaching day by day, and people will embark on their return to work like a tide. Nowadays, during the epidemic period of the new coronavirus pneumonia, how should office workers protect themselves in the daily office environment? How should the office environment reduce cross-contamination? OU University brings the three magic weapons of "Ventilation-Disinfection-Self-Protection" to give you some advice.
Ventilation—maintain air circulation
Ventilation is one of the most effective ways to prevent respiratory infectious diseases. Natural ventilation is preferred. Places with windows that can be opened, including relatively closed spaces such as offices, canteens, and conference rooms, should open doors and windows as much as possible to maintain good indoor ventilation. Intermittent ventilation is possible, but the cumulative ventilation time per day is not less than 2 hours; if natural ventilation is poor, forced ventilation means (such as split air conditioners, exhaust fans, etc.) can be used to exchange indoor and outdoor air.
Open windows to ventilate and breathe fresh air
Disinfection—Reduce cross-contamination
After returning to work after the Spring Festival holiday, it is particularly important to disinfect office facilities. Computer keyboards and mice are regularly disinfected with 75% alcohol. Other parts can be wiped and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectants containing 500 mg/L of effective chlorine. Other office facilities such as fax machines and printers can also be cleaned and disinfected using the above method. . After 30 minutes of action, wipe off the remaining disinfectant with a clean rag.
Preventive disinfection of public areas is an important way to reduce cross-contamination. Common public areas that require preventive disinfection include: offices, conference rooms, elevators, canteens, pantries, bathroom floors and their ancillary facilities, etc.
Among them, the high-risk key parts are: door handles, telephones, light switches, conference room countertops, table and chair armrests, conference room podium tops, microphones, computer keyboards and mice, hot water kettle handles, hot water machine faucets, and wash basins faucet,Toilets, elevator buttons and handrails, public tea sets, tableware, mobile phones, etc.
Disinfection method:
(1) Floor surface: Wet mop the floor with 250mg/L ~ 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant at least once a day.
(2) Key parts: Use 250mg/L ~ 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant or 75% medical alcohol or disinfectant wipes to wipe. The selection and frequency of specific disinfection products are determined according to the actual situation and are convenient and easy to do.
(3) Heat-resistant items such as tableware and tea sets can be boiled for 15 minutes or soaked in 250mg/L to 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes and then rinsed with clean water. The tableware provided in the canteen can be disinfected using disinfection cupboards.
Selection and use of disinfection products: Commonly used disinfectants such as 84 disinfectant, effervescent tablets and other chlorine-containing disinfectants, peracetic acid, 75% alcohol, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. can be found in supermarkets, Purchase from pharmacies or e-commerce platforms. When purchasing, please check whether the product is marked with a health license of "*Health Certificate Number**" and make sure the product is within the validity period.
When using disinfectants, you should read the instructions first, wear masks and gloves when preparing them, and prepare and use the concentration according to the disinfection needs.
75% alcohol, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer can be used directly:
1.75% alcohol is used for daily spraying and wiping disinfection of surfaces and floors. It can also be used for hand disinfection at any time. Purchasing an alcohol spray bottle can facilitate the spraying of alcohol;
2. Disinfectant wipes can be used to wipe and disinfect human skin, hands, or the surfaces of general objects such as mobile phones and telephones.
